very interesting article in gizmodo this morning, hubble seems to have found an unidentified object. now for the weird part, it disappeared in the same time it took to come to full brightness... link here

just had a problem with my apache today... was getting some error messages saying denied.

think it was due to an upgrade to apache a while ago and i just hadnt restarted apache since then...not 100% but adding that to some of my vhosts seemed to fix it...

had a problem recently where i couldnt do anything network related over my pptp connection to home.
a simple ping from the command line errored with this.

Yesterday went to the 2007 Rally of Melbourne. Was a really good day, great weather and the actual rallying was pretty good too.
